Rich Dunn heads Robinson Bradshaw’s Intellectual Property and Technology Practice Group. He regularly counsels clients in connection with: intellectual property licensing, acquisition, development and distribution agreements; software and/or data and content licensing; hardware-based software services and licensing; SaaS-based and cloud-based subscription services arrangements; support services and SLA agreements; data privacy and security policies and procedures; professional services and consulting arrangements; OEM, VAR, sales agency, and other strategic distribution arrangements; and confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements. Prior to becoming an attorney, Rich was a consultant for Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) where he implemented IT solutions for over four years. This experience enables Rich to provide a unique and well-rounded perspective in connection with negotiating and structuring technology-related transactions because he better understands the fundamental aspects of the transactions.
